SEGGER delivers J-Link and Flasher support for Renesas Electronics's RA8P1

SEGGER's J-Link series of debug probes and Flasher programmers are now compatible with Renesas Electronics's high-performance group of RA8P1 microcontrollers (MCUs). The MCUs are powered by the Arm® Cortex®-M85 (CM85) processor with a Helium™ M-Profile Vector Extension and Ethos™-U55 neural processing unit.

Users of these MPUs can make the most of SEGGER’s highly acclaimed lines of debug and programming tools for embedded systems. J-Link and Flasher are market-leading products with a more than two-decade history of providing outstanding performance and a wide range of features. They are also compatible with an extensive list of CPUs.

Additionally, users can also benefit from other compatible products in the SEGGER Toolchain, such as the SystemView real-time software analysis tool, Embedded Studio all-in-one integrated development environment, and embOS real-time-operating-system family for embedded-application development.
