SEGGER J-Link and Flasher support Renesas RX74M and RX74N MCUs
SEGGER’s J-Link debug probes and Flasher in-system programmers now support Renesas’ RX74M and RX74N microcontroller series. Developers can use SEGGER’s tools to debug and program these new MCUs.
Renesas Electronics has introduced its new flagship RX74M and RX74N 32-bit microcontrollers, marking the first devices in the company's RX family to be manufactured using a 22nm process and to feature embedded Magnetoresistive RAM (MRAM). The MCUs are designed to deliver high performance, operating at clock speeds of up to 600 MHz. Featuring embedded MRAM, the MCUs are suited for applications that require high processing performance and reliable, non-volatile memory.
Detailed support information is available on the SEGGER Knowledge Base page for the Renesas RX74 device family.
