J-Trace support on STM32 evaluation boards with MIPI-20 connector

ST's Nucleo-144 and the new STM32 Discovery Kit evaluation boards now include a MIPI-20 connector that enables developers to directly connect SEGGER's J-Trace streaming trace probes.

This enhancement allows for improved debugging efficiency through real-time trace analysis.
